Each day, our "30 Poet-Athletes in 30 Days" project will feature an America SCORESrepresentative from each America SCORES city! Join us in congratulating our youth, each awarded an all-expense paid trip to New York City to share original poetry from the world famous stage of the Apollo Theater!
Representing America SCORES Denver, Aaron loves poetry because it helps him show his feelings. One of his favoriteAmerica SCORES memories is when he got featured in a book! Aaron enjoys teaching his classmates new things and likes reading poems by Shel Silverstein. Aaron is extremely excited to travel to New York City to see the Statue of Liberty.
